Now this is what I’ve been missing when it comes to Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, an actual training arc of sort to show their growth. Something that showed their progress as slayers. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Episode 25 – Tsuguko, Kanao Tsuyuri gave me exactly that!

I won’t lie, I was getting kinda pissed off when Inosuke and Zenitsu weren’t training alongside Tanjiro. The reason why is because I didn’t want this to be a dragon ball situation with only one character carrying the whole squad. Tanjiro rehabilitation training at the Butterfly Mansion has being going well, and it’s always good to see progress being made. Which is why I can’t wait to see how the fights going forward are going to be. You know there going to be insane. I want Tanjiro to get strong but, not at the expense of the other two main support characters falling behind. So I’m glad that they picked up their slack near the end. They’ll need this new skill for the upcoming demon on that train.

Most of the episode was just Tanjiro training, along with a lot of funny moments that legit had me laughing out loud, so there’s not much to dive in, however we did get a small back story of the silent girl Kanao and the tragedy of her childhood. I was wondering why she never spoke and now we know why. I get the feeling she may end up tagging along with the guys, as a way to say that she made that decision on her own, but I guess we’ll if that happens.

Overall, it nice to see the other two finally step up their game. Hopefully they’ll catch up soon with Tanjiro and see what they’ll be capable off.
