Stadia is the new gaming platform that Google has revealed to the world and I’m not going to lie, this is one ambitious technology.
The idea of being able to play any triple AAA games instantly from the internet on a browser is probably the most impressive boldest thing I’ve heard thus far. I remember seeing/trying Project Stream and being impressed by it. Now, they’re promising 4K/60fps with 8K being a possibility in the future. And with Stadia using the Google data center, the connections are strong and latency will be low. It all sounds pretty amazing.
I have to also mention the fact that Stadia is content creator friendly. With being able to upload directly to YouTube, Crowd Play and more, this is honestly a major game changer.
I can’t wait to try this Stadia thing out and see if it lives up to all its massive promises.
