It was only a matter of time before Sony responded to Microsoft, and well who would have expected the acquisition of Bungie.

This acquisition arms race is really heating up! Yeah, this deal was in talks for 5 to 6 months but it is still funny to see it as a response to Microsoft’s recent acquisition. Although it states that Bungie will have some autonomy, it remains to be seen how this will affect their future lines of games in the coming years.
