Hate to call it but it is what it is! This “console war” has already been won! Sony seems to be more adamant to just move on and focus on the future, meanwhile Xbox is insistent of trying to please everyone! PS5 has made it clear that focusing on creating brand new, exclusive next-gen games that gives you a reason to invest in a PS5! This is why when given the choice, most average gamers that can only afford one console will likely pick up the PS5!
Unlike the Xbox, Playstation seems ti undertsand what it means to whne tracending to the next level! When it comes to the PS5, they fully plan on leaving the old-gen behind!
Yesterday, Sucker Punch revealed a cool 18 minutes game of Tsushima I was very impressed with it. This is what we gamers want, actual gameplay that gives us an insight as to what we can expect when we spent that €60 on it! Microsoft and lear a thing or two from how Sony does things!
Yep, you read that right! As it turns out, the PS5 SSD is currently the most powerful SSD out there.
Well, it was only a matter of time! We just got our a first look at Unreal Engine 5. The next generation engine that achieves photorealism on par with movie CG and real life, and put it within practical reach of development teams of all sizes through highly productive tools and content libraries.
It’s kinda funny really! With all these talks of next-gen consoles being PS5 and Xbox Series X, I neglected to ask myself what type of next-gen leap should I expect from these consoles? I mean, should we expect to see higher fidelity in graphics, or is time to finally say goodbye to 30FPS and see games embrace full 60FPS?
I hate to be that guy but The Last Of Us 2 was originally delayed indefinitely for a reason. Prior to all of this, a part of me took it as them wanting to polish the game further. Yeah, we had the Covid-19 pandemic, but most game dev delayed their game for a month to two months at least, I don’t recall anyone indefinitely delaying their game indefinitely because of the pandemic. After the leak to place, next thing you know, it turns gold. Doesn’t that strike you as odd?
Sony has announced that they’ve caught the person responsible for the worst gaming leak in video game history. And as it turns out the Last of Us 2 leaker is not in-house as we’ve been lead to believe from the rumours and speculation.
In my last blog, I talked about how I feel that both the PS5 and Xbox Series X would be a bit more costly than their previous generation, now I’m hearing that the PS5 not only will cost folks $500 – $550 but with the added pandemic and rumoured overheating, things aren’t looking too good for PlayStation.
