We back at it again with another showcase for a indie graphic novel called Inyanu – Child of Wonder, a graphic novel inspired by Avatar: The Legend of Aang, Brave and The Incredibles.
Ever since Marvel revealed the New ‘New’ Warriors to the public and received the massive backlash that they did, I started to think about why we even admired superheroes in the first place. What was it that drew us all to admiring people like Static Shock, Superman, Black Panther, Raven, Batman, Wonder Woman, Spider-Man, Storm etc?
I’ve been reading this new (well, I say new but I think it’s been out for a while now) webtoons original called City of Blank, and well I actually like it.
SNOWFLAKE AND SAFESPACE? I….bro, you can’t tell me we ain’t in a glitched Matrix after this! Marvel deadass decided to create characters based on the terminology we associate with SJW’s! This is bait, it has to be!
Black Sands Entertainment, the popular independent black content developers in the nation (USA to be precise) has recently begun rounds of investments on Wefunder to allow fans and investors who believe in their work to invest and make the company a reality.
Comic Books are in the decline. This is no surprise anymore. I’ve also noticed that more and more people, primarily in the comic industry, are being hired for their politics, rather than on their merit and skills. Because of this, the core essences of what made comic books so damm popular has all but faded away and now, we are left with a hollow husk of its former glory.
With the continuing rise of SJW’s, crazy progressive changes in our games, comics and movies, labeling everyone that opposes those changes or viewpoints as evil, we need to highlight a growing concern that I’ve noticed within this (geek) community. And that is the rise of the Anti-SJWs! The crusade of labeling anything and everything new as SJW, when in fact they simply just don’t like it or can’t present a compelling argument for why it’s actually bad.
Now this is something big. Apparently, Crunchyroll and WEBTOON are going to be working together to bring us original animations from the WEBTOON catalog and I can already think of two comics I want to see animated.
So I came across an article by The Independent that basically all but confirms that PHASE 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe will be filled with nothing more that colour swaps and gender-bending, and the justification for it is borderline asinine.
