MONOCHROME is another webtoon original that we’re going to be checking out today. In this one, it’s a survival game in which killer robots game-boys hunt down players!
After retiring as a vigilante so he can live a peaceful life, Yagura gets trapped in a survival game that is far more than what it seems. Now he must come out of retirement and train a new group of heroes to protect his city — but will it really pay to be a hero?
This one is pretty interesting so far! It’s your typical survival story but instead, the main character is aware of the usual tropes that come with it. He doesn’t seem like the kind of character that would make cliche decisions so it’ll be interesting to see how he’ll survive in the game called MONOCHROME. Again there are only three episodes out as of this first impression but it was compelling enough for me to subscribe see where the story is heading. If you’re into the fourth-wall-breaking shenanigan with that Danganronpa vibe then it is worth checking out!
