I hate to say it, but Halo: Infinite when you really take a moment to analyze the gameplay, it does not look like a game that is taking a leap into the next gen era and showcases the true power of the Xbox Series X! Heck, I’m not even sure if this game will look fire on PC!
I’m dead serious here, when I looked at that gameplay reveal for Halo Infinite, I was confused as I thought they were running that game on the Xbox One X! In no shape or form did that gameplay looks like something remotely next-gen! I am deeply concerned by what I saw and it’s safe to say that I was not impressed at all! If the flagship game for Xbox is looking like that, then those concerns people had about the previous consoles holding the new-gen back might actually be real!
I don’t mean to be negative, I’ve been rooting for Xbox for a while now but I can’t sit here and lie to you guys and say that I was impressed. I was not! I went into it expecting them to just wow me, but instead, I lost interest in Halo within five minutes. Such a shame! I hope they come out and tell us that the gameplay we saw was on the Xbox One X! It doesn’t look bad by any means of course but I was expecting more! More visual fidelity, more draw distance, more particles, basically SHOW US WHAT MAKES THE NEW XBOX THE MOST POWERFUL CONSOLE ON THE MARKET and WORTH BUYING! What do you guys think?
