After what felt like weeks or even a month, Dr. Disrespect finally breaks his silence and shared his thoughts on the Twitch ban and what’s next for him.

According to PC Gamer,

PC Gamer: It’s been almost three weeks since you were banned from Twitch. I imagine that it’s been very frustrating. I would love to start with just hearing what’s been happening behind the scenes with you. What’s been going on these past three weeks?

Guy ‘Dr Disrespect’ Beahm: Sure. I mean, well, a lot of stuff, obviously. You know, while it’s unfortunate that I’m off Twitch, we’re definitely working behind the scenes on what a Dr return might look like. In terms of the specifics around that, we’re not interested in exclusive at this point. We’re exploring our options and, honestly, just can’t wait to get back into character soon. We have a lot to do, and I’ll be wherever fans want me to be. And, you know, that’s been our approach.

And that’s it! The rest of the interview felt like standard “I can’t say this and I’m looking forward to the future” stuff we hear all the time. At least we know that he won’t be returning to Twitch anymore and is aware of all the rumors and speculations online. However, that alone doesn’t explain why he got banned or how Twitch could just ban him without even telling him. Many notable Twitter users have said that they know why but can’t say as talking about it could put them in trouble so whatever it is is very serious to warrant such discretion. Most have deleted the tweets!

Reading through that interview, it’s very clear that he knows what the cause of the ban was and is planning on fighting back! Think about it, if you suddenly got banned off of any platform, your first normal reaction would be to tweet it out or make a post about it. The very fact that he did not do that does not speak on his character to remain calm but more so the severity of the situation at stake. I’m going to continue to follow this.
