When that first trailer for Project Odin, now officially known as ODIN: Valhalla Rising came out, I was mad skeptical. I mean, sure the game LOOKED amazing but will with PLAY amazing, that’s the real question!
ODIN: Valhalla Rising is an MMORPG on mobile phone and PC based on Norse mythology depicting the long war between humans, demons, and gods. ODIN: Valhalla Rising will have a massive, seamless open world with no load time when traveling from one region to another. That alone isn’t impressive on a PC since we’ve had games pull such a feat before, but on a mobile phone, it’s another story. It sounds way too good to be true, but that what Korean developer Lionheart Studio claims it will do!
For now, I will take what they say in face value while remaining vigilant on this promise as games like these usually play themselves. An example of something like this is Dragon Raja. I mean, if I’m wrong then I’ll be happy to be wrong but this is one of those games that you’re better off playing on PC! Still, to think that a game like this can run on mobile would be amazing if it lives up to what they’re selling. Anyways, for now, I’ll wait to see if they can deliver on what they’ve promised. Anyways what do you guys think?
