So the first episode of Tower of God Episode 1 – BALL is out and I have to say, this is going to be a very good viewing experience.
I’ll admit, I wasn’t too sure about the animation style that they went for at first, and I thought that this anime might be all over the place when it comes to the story-telling but that worry all washed away after I watched the first episode. Not much is revealed aside from Bam’s goal of wanting to see Rachel. Not gonna lie, not the most impressive of motivations but they explained it well enough for me to let it slide and I kinda got why he’s so attached to her. If there’s one thing that stood out from the first episode, it was the music. That joint really complemented the action in the anime.
Overall, I’ll need to see about five to ten episodes of Tower of God to really get a good vibe for the rest of the series. Frankly, I also wasn’t expecting other extraterrestrial creatures/ sentient beings so you know shit’s about to go crazy.
However, so far I’m intrigued to see more.
