The discussion for an easy mode continuous on with no sign of slowing down. I mean, it has gotten to the point in which a PC Gamer journalist has written an article, proclaiming that he’s has beaten the final boss in Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice with a cheat code. Yeah, I have a lot to say about that one.

I feel like people are actively missing the point when it comes to Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice. The demand for an easy mode goes against the vey design of the game and would rob it from its identity. The game was built from the ground up to teach you the mechanics by failing. You have to fail in order to grow and the pace at which you grow depends on you as a player. Persistent is key here, and some people clearly lack it.

I wanted to share a video that I in which I discussed my experience with Sekiro and why I believe that the game is perfect the way it is now.
