Namco Bandai Entertainment, introduces the new heroes for the 3DS “Digimon Universe – Appli Monsters” and releases more information for the demo that we’ll be able to get you hands on in Nintendo e-shop…..
Digimon Universe – Appli Monsters is part of a universal project which will feature a TV show, toys and kids card game. The game focuses on the new generation of Digimon.
According to the source, the game will have a trial version for players to try out on the 21st of September in the Nintendo E-shop. Players will be able to play a portion of the story, collect various items and level up their Digimon. The demo will also feature a multiplayer component, so you’ll be able to play with your friends across the world.
It has also been confirmed that there will be no limit to how many time you can play the demo and the data will most likely be carried over to the full game once released.
Along with the new info, we’re given a first look at the new heroes in the game. You’ll play as Hifumike (boy or girl) who is a second-year junior that goes to Hills Junior high school.
         
        
Your rival is known as “Naoto” who acts as your childhood friend gone rouge.
No word yet on the release date for the final game but I’ll be sure to keep you up-to-date if I hear anything.
