Gameplays of Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 have started to appear on YouTube and from the looks of things it’s making progress…
So in case you weren’t aware, New York Comic Con 2015 has begun and people have been recording off-cam footage’s of the latest Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 demo version from the booth and granted the quality isn’t great but it was enough for me to see that the game has progressed since Tokyo Game Show.
In the TGS demo, myself and a lot of the Naruto communities noticed the lack of particles effects in the attacks of the characters and the environments and feared that it could possible lead to a downgrade in quality. Some may deny this but its obliviously clear that the demo that people played in the TGS was not the same demo at E3.
However that has changed with the NYCC demo as the particles effect have returned and it seems to be even better than that of the E3 demo. I also noticed that the jutsus seem to leave permanent damage on the ground which I thought was pretty awesome.
I also got to see the new Ultimate and Awakening for both Kakashi and Might Guy which are absolutely epic but it’s kinda disappointing that they couldn’t at the very least updated the moveset, even just a little bit. Jugo still has his awakening from Storm 2, c’mon. The new susano’os of Itachi and Shisui were cool but once they started to attack, besides their colour I couldn’t tell the differences.
Overall it is a Storm game so I shouldn’t even be surprised. All I am waiting to hear is how they plan to spice up the online portion of the game since that will be one to carry the game into the future.
Here are some of the best quality gameplay I could find on YouTube.
