Microsoft On A Quest To Save Silent Hill?

According to Gamebreaker, Microsoft is planning to buy Silent Hill to make it an exclusive to the Xbox One. This sounds way to good to be good but at the same time, Microsoft is in desperate need for exclusive so it would make sense for them to buy the IP.

The game is rumoured to be 80% done so there might be a chance to hear Microsoft mention it in E3, all still rumour so lets wait and see what happens at e3.
